Connection Groups are the community building ministry of Westwind Church. They are designed to give people an opportunity to be a part of a spiritual community that engages in “life on life” relationships. Too often people who attend a church are merely spectators, coming to and from the service as they would a sporting event or theatrical performance, unconnected to those around them. This is not what the church is supposed to be about. Instead, it was created by God, through Jesus, to be a place where people can know others, and be truly known. The Connection Group Ministry of Westwind Church is designed to be Biblically centered, relationally driven, and prayer and care focused. Through these elements, participants in our Connection Groups will experience a bond with others through the bond of God’s love.
